Customer happiness as measured by NPS is a key indicator of how well Microsoft is realizing it's mission. Our team is responsible for building innovative AI solutions that measure and triangulate real time NPS information, derive insights from reams of data, and drive meaningful improvements to customer experience. The Amplify program management (PM) team is looking for a strong leader to own Microsoft 365's NPS charter, and build/grow a team of innovative, collaborative PMs to drive discontinuous change in customer satisfaction. As part of the team you will be expected to lead through others, while at the same time collaborating and driving efforts across multiple engineering managers and organizations; success will be through developing breakthrough ideas from start to finish with measurable and positive impact. In addition, you'll need to have both excellent management and people skills paired with technical depth and passions.
Basic Requirements: • 8+ years of industry experience in Program Management • Proven track record of going technically deep and delivering cloud scale technologies • Demonstrated ability to use data to influence and drive decisions Additional Requirements: • 3+ years as people manager - Customer focus and past experience working with customers (internal or external) • Ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups to achieve customer success • Analytical skills to drive data driven decisions • Drive to continuously learn and build new skills rapidly • UI design skills are a plus
