This role is an opportunity to join a fast-paced global team driven to deliver innovative learner-centered content for engineers at Alexa. In this role, you will lead stakeholder groups to define the learning requirements and customer experience of technical and professional skills courses with Alexa-wide scope. You will work with a team of technical subject matter experts to plan, design, launch, and evaluate content using multiple modalities including online, instructor-led, and virtual training. As a Curriculum Program Manager with training experience, you will assess learning strategy, develop schedules, conduct user testing, and impact metrics for course content. · 5+ years of experience program management developing learning content for engineers or related technical roles. · 2+ years of experience in a role developing learning content. · Curriculum development experience across multiple modalities, online, instructor led, virtual training. · Experience with user-centered design and learning analytics. · Proven ability to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities. · Proven ability to deliver projects from inception to maintenance. · Previous work on a distributed global team
