Management (LTM) team Worldwide Operations’ (WWOps)
Amazon Worldwide Operations’ (WWOps) Learning and Talent Management (LTM) team is looking for an operations professional who is statistically savvy and possesses a Master Black Belt (MBB) certification to join the Executive Development team. WWOps is comprised of hundreds of thousands of Amazon employees across global customer fulfillment, transportation, corporate, and customer service organizations. The WWOps LTM team guides talent strategy and invents solutions that improve performance for the largest workforce within Amazon, one of the fastest growing companies in the world. LTM leverages science to develop processes and tools, identifies and develops high-potential talent to fill future organizational needs, onboards new employees both at scale and through personalized learning plans, and provides lifecycle leadership and functional learning solutions for WWOps. The Executive Development team designs solutions primarily focused on senior managers, directors, and above. It is critical
· Technical (Math, Engineering, Science) Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university · 5+ years of successful leadership experience in project management and facilitation of large cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas. · 5+ years’ experience instructing Executives, Managers, Associates and CI champions on Lean methodologies and/or Technology Projects. · 3+ years Operations leadership experience. · Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification. · Extensive knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques. · Facilitation experience at all levels of
