The Commerce + Ecosystems (C+E) organization powers Microsoft's growing cloud businesses with a global presence in over 240 markets, 2 million financial transactions a day and billions of dollars in annual revenue. Microsoft's commerce services need to be true internet scale and have state of the art availability, reliability and responsiveness. We are building the platform and tools to enable commerce experiences across Microsoft. Join the C+E Business Operations team to help create differentiated partner experiences for the Microsoft Cloud. Working in close coordination with sales, marketing, and industry stakeholders, this team will make our partners successful by providing thought leadership and world class operations for Microsoft's cloud ecosystem. This team manages all operational aspects of Microsoft's marketplaces, from onboarding through content publishing, billing, support and partner payouts. By making partners successful in Microsoft's marketplaces, including the Azure Marketplace,

• End to end accountability for partner's onboarding and transacting in the Azure Marketplace • Lead a team of 20 full time employees and vendors who are focused on ensuring partner business success and a great partner experience in the Azure Marketplace • Monitor and manage all aspects of partner's experience in the Azure Marketplace, including partner vetting and onboarding, publishing content into our marketplace, ordering, billing, customer invoicing and payments, support and partner revenue payouts • Managing developer payouts for the Windows Store, including payout balance verification, vetting
• Experience and proven track record in leading execution-oriented organizations • Servant leadership characteristics as demonstrated in previous roles • Experience delivering executive level presentations and communications • Proven ability to create clarity, generate energy and deliver success at enterprise scale • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, with capabilities to lead organizations through transformation • Experience leading mission-critical enterprise initiatives • Experience in partner ecosystems, partner relationships and marketplaces • Experience building and leading operation
