Amazon, the world’s most customer centric company, is looking for a Leadership Development Specialist to join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Leadership Development and Talent Management team in Seattle. This is a great opportunity for someone to help design, influence and deliver innovative and effective learning solutions to significantly contribute to the development of AWS leaders. The Leadership Development Specialist’s primary responsibility will be to use centrally designed programs and deliver new classroom programs (including blended learning solutions), facilitate virtual training and develop content for online modules. This person will also collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to create and execute on a strategy to develop effective managers, employees and future leaders for AWS. Basic Qualifications: · Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience building, deploying, and measuring leadership development solutions · Experience in the areas of adult learning, training and training design, group facilitation, and leadership development; or equivalent experience as a business leader or HR Business Partner. · Experience in project management and hands-on training delivery. · Experience with facilitation and coaching · Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Qualifications: · Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a heavily matrixed environment · Strong analytical
