Manager, Account Executive- Fulfillment Sales of products by third-party sellers on Amazon represent more than half of units sold. As an organization, Amazon’s Existing Seller Development organization is in a unique position to be highly influential; driving dialog and nurturing opportunities with Amazon Customers, Amazon Category teams, and Amazon Sellers. As a result of strong business growth within the Marketplace, we are looking for a Sales Leader to help us lead a team that focuses on Prime Fulfillment adoption of strategic third-party Sellers at Amazon, and general Prime business development responsibilities. The role is focused on leading a team that works with top Sellers on the platform, driving for greater adoption, retention and account penetration of programs like Fulfilled by Amazon, Seller Fulfilled Prime, and Small and Light. Members of this team are responsible for ensuring that our top third party Sellers are adopting and utilizing these programs to its fullest potential

• 7+ years professional leadership experience with proven managerial background • Program management experience • Business development / Account Management team lead experience • Account Management Experience with relationship management and negotiation skills • Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions • Problem-solving passion and service orientation • Project management skills • Bachelor's Degree and MBA • Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft OneNote,
