The Global Dell Technologies Account Team, within Consumer and Devices Sales (CDS) is seeking a driven sales and strategy leader with strong partner account management and business development experience to identify and lead joint new service opportunities with M365, O365 and CSP new product categories. The role requires exceptional partner relationship and leadership skills with a combination of business development, marketing and partner management expertise to foster a strategic partnership that will lead to the development of Best in Class end-customer solutions. The Impact You Will Be Making This role offers a great opportunity to be at the center of multiple groups within Microsoft and Dell Technologies. This person will establish CSP as a foundational cloud transaction engine for Dell and drive further business model transformation by establishing Dell's Intelligent Cloud and Intelligent Edge sales motion via M365. Success will be measured by overall unit/services growth of M365 and scaling of transactions through Dell Technologies CSP implementation. Key responsibilities in this role are: Account Management: Develop deep, trusting relationships with WW senior leaders with Dell Technologies to ensure we align on strategies as well as execution plans and metrics. Proactively lead joint partner process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with each business opportunity. Assess, clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis Strategic Planning:
Experience Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge 8-10 years related sales and business development experience Proven success in closing complex deals and technical understanding of devices, solutions, CSP platform and commercial and/or Enterprise customer requirements Proven ability to manage partner sales relationships effectively at senior executive levels Strong team player: Work effectively across teams to solve customer and partner issues Strategic thinking and execution: Ability to develop sales and business strategy options while also being able to successfully execute
