Join CDS Business Operations as Readiness Program Manager translating capability needs into learning solutions and readiness plans to enable the success and personal growth of our CDS sales and marketing professionals. You will partner with the business and CDS Discipline and Role Owner Community to assess skill and capability development needs and build the appropriate curriculum to answer these needs. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to drive readiness and ensure the successful landing of key capability development initiatives across the CDS organization. Learning Design and Solutions Lead the scoping, design and execution of learning and development solutions related to partner and customer conversation learning programs. Build the right depth and breadth of expertise to identify opportunities and design, build, and sell solutions for business growth. Partner with the WorldWide Learning and CDS in-business readiness teams across functions to leverage their readiness motions and content across roles for all CDS learners aligned to business needs Consistent and Compelling Story Telling Lead the landing of the Microsoft Global Challenger program in
Required: 3+ years of experience managing cross-company programs and initiatives 3+ years of Readiness, Learning, or related Program Management experience 3+ years of experience in a technology company (e.g. digital transformation, IoT, and/or cloud platforms and services), including product management Preferred: 3+ years partner account management / partner alliance building experience Proven track record of storytelling and translating complex business structures into clear execution priorities and initiatives 3+ years of experience or education background in Instructional Design Proven effectiveness
