Amazon is seeking a transportation-oriented human resources program manager to join our North American Middle Mile Transportation HR team. This role will focus on providing our transportation client group with project based solutions designed to support our growing middle-mile transportation network. Initiatives and responsibilities will include driving policy improvements, developing full cycle candidate platforms and process integration with established Amazon policies and practices related to associate engagement. This position will support our Transportation Operations Management (TOM) team across North America and will be located in Seattle. The candidate will have a proven record of full cycle project management, from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement. · 5+ years of experience human resources and/or transportation industry expertise. · 2+ years of relevant program/project management experience · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in business, HR or related field Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs · Experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources· • Ability to develop and implement operational processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams · Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating
