The Amazon Web Service Partner Network (APN) is the global partner program for AWS. It is focused on helping APN Partners build successful AWS-based businesses or solutions by providing business, technical, marketing, and go-to-market support.The AWS Global Partner Acceleration Team is looking for an experienced operations specialist to join our fast-paced team to maintain daily operation work. The successful candidate will be managing the day-to-day operations related to partner onboarding, invoice and payment globally. Specific responsibilities will include: tracking and processing internal inquiries, reviewing and submitting invoices and troubleshooting process issues. • 1+ year of experience in large-scale sales operation and customer support in a corporate environment • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field • Experience in managing day to day operational tasks • Proficiency in Excel• Experience in billing and payment teams at a mid-to-large scale organization • Experience using CRM and financial/accounting software (Salesforce and Oracle preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving role • Desire to grow with the team and take on additional responsibilities
