We are hiring an experienced program leader to join the AWS Partner Network (APN) Program Team to manage and execute strategic programmatic go-to-market and field alignment initiatives that support APN Technology Partners to reach more customers with their software products. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple teams around the world including Technology Partner Management, AWS Sales, and Business Operations to develop and execute industry leading partner programs. The successful candidate must be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented, embrace a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and have excellent problem solving abilities. · BS/BA degree · · 7+ years of program or operations experience in a global and cross-functional capacity · · Experience with leading programs for an enterprise software sales organization · · Experience working with partners and managing a channel program · Ability to independently own and manage a strategic program by defining and executing on key deliverables and outcomes · · Demonstrated skill at building relationships and an ability to influence others · · Demonstrable problem-solving, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions · · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
