As a ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Recruit Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in process engineering, cross functional collaboration, data science and program management in helping to grow one of the fastest growing businesses at Microsoft that is at the leading edge of the industry shift to cloud services. The ISV Recruit Program Manager is part of the One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization. The charter of the ISV Recruit Program Manager is to interface with stakeholders regarding data sourcing, process flow and performance tracking. Data Sourcing: Engage with internal ISV recruit stakeholders on priorities aligned recruit data source availability and enrichment. Guide and assist stakeholders in preparing and uploading data for processing and prospecting. Report weekly on lead pipeline status. Process Management: Define and document all recruit related processes and handshakes between inputs/outputs. Collaborate with tools, compliance and data teams to drive automation and productivity. Evangelize process with corporate and field stakeholders to drive clarity. Serve as feedback collection point on end to end recruit process
5+ years of technology related sales or business development experience; cloud experience preferred 3+ years of experience in program management and partner recruitment 3+ years of successful experience in channel development working with global partners Strong collaborative skills Strong communication skills Out of the box problem solving skills Bachelor degree (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations); MBA preferred
