This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Global Partner Incentives Controllership team within Operations Finance to have broad business engagement and impact. Microsoft spends billions on Partner Incentives each year across several businesses, programs, regions and subsidiaries. This is a very dynamic and high-profile area with significant visibility at executive management level in Corp and in the Field. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate and compliant incentives accounting and controllership activities for a set of global Partner Incentives programs. Responsibilities include managing the process to ensure that Global Partner Incentives models are correct and are fully accrued each month, participating in Global Program Risk Assessment and Audit Readiness, verifying and holding operations team

Business Partnership: Gain deep understanding of the Partner Incentive (PI) programs by establishing strong partnership with business teams that designs the program, business finance teams that models the program for financial feasibility, Engineering team that builds program capability and calculation, and the Operations program management team that executes on the program. Engage with various stakeholders for program controllership and financial planning and analysis activities such as ensuring accuracy of accrual models, appropriate accounting and true-up activities and manage the all up close
Basic Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ CFA/ ACA / ACCA/ CIMA). Minimum 7 years of working experience in accounting, controllership or finance roles. Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel as well as data analysis skill set. SAP expertise to handle financial close and analysis responsibilities. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with ability to design and implement solutions. Demonstrated influencing skills, with proven ability to influence executives and business decision makers. Experience engaging with virtual global teams and providing leadership across finance
