Sr. Business and Sales Operations Manager – Global System Integrators Amazon Web Services (AWS) (www.amazon.com/aws) was officially launched in 2006 and provides Amazon's developer customers with access to in-the-cloud infrastructure services based on Amazon's own back-end technology platform which developers can use to enable virtually any type of business. Would you like to be part of a team that is redefining the IT industry? AWS is looking for a highly motivated and deeply analytical Sr. Business and Sales Operations candidate to support the rapidly growing Global Systems Integrator Channels and Alliances team. This position will be responsible for supporting the rhythm of the business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics. The position will assist Global Partner Development Managers in evaluating and forecasting attainment against revenue goals, utilizing various CRM tools to derive well-vetted analysis, and
· 5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Programs Ops or similar role in a corporate environment supporting a global hi-tech or global system integrator organization · Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies · Financial, analytical and communication skills · Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce required (extensive knowledge of Excel required) · Bachelor’s degree is required· MBA preferred, or Masters in equivalent field · Passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization, and desire to own and refine key operational processes
