This Partner Marketing Advisor (PMA) role is key to Microsoft's channel ecosystem strategy as part of the One Commercial Partner Organization (OCP). This PMA manager will be focused on a key channel initiative of connecting our top ISV partners with selling and deployment partners to scale into new accounts and accelerate growth. Creating, launching and growing a program that supports Partner to Partner facilitating and fostering partners to work together on very specific solutions to go to market to mutual end customers. This PMA manager for P2P channel scale initiative help develop, run and land the Partner to Partner program with a set of very specific deadlines, deliverables and outcomes. This PMA will also own the creation of the Partner to Partner playbook including landing of these Go-To-Markets with Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Partner Marketing Advisors (PMAs) who are aligned by partner portfolio and will help land with key partners. In this PMA Partner to Partner role, you will have the opportunity to become instrumental in defining and leading the execution of simplified and consistent programmatic engagement approach to accelerate and maximize impact of how partners engage with each other to build repeatable solutions they can resell/service. Experiences Required: 10+ years of experience in product or channel marketing, partner channel development, business development, program management, partner marketing, in the technology industry Experience with technology with a reasonable level of proficiency across the four Microsoft solution areas and cloud market landscape. Budget management, program execution, reporting (ability to measure KPIs) Proven track record in successful marketing/sales programs management Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment including managing virtual teams across functions Demonstrated
