The AWS Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) Customer Programs team is seeking a smart, customer-obsessed, driven, experienced professional to play a critical role within this new organization. The Executive Programs Sales Operations Manager will collaborate and make recommendations with the program lead for Exec Sponsorships and other Exec programs as we work to drive strategic revenue growth for the AWS Platform. Success will require the ability to collaborate effectively with internal senior stakeholders and gather feedback on program improvement, implement changes, execute operational mechanisms and best practices, and work to scale them globally. The right candidate will have a successful track record in growth-oriented roles in the technology sector, with strong problem solving skills to translate ambiguity and often incomplete information into insights, bias for action and demonstrated experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and alignment, solid program

Basic Qualifications · BS/BA degree · 3-5 years’ experience in Enterprise Sales/Services, Strategy/Operations · Experience with Enterprise IT including hybrid and public cloud services and workloads Preferred Qualifications · Solid written and verbal communication skills with a track record of liaising with senior management · Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results · Ability to develop strong, productive relationships across peer organizations that foster
