The Global Talent Management team is looking for a single threaded leader to own both the program and product management of Promotions within our Global Talent Management team. This leader will manage a small team with company-wide responsibility for building mechanisms that scale development at Amazon, and launching best in class programs to support that vision. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate on-going curiosity and creativity, balanced with the ability to distill numerous inputs/ideas into meaningful actions and recommendations.
