Developer Relations Content and Learning is looking for an experienced business manager with a diverse background in business operations, strategy, and program management. This role requires strong business acumen with prior experience in demonstrating the ability to anticipate and respond quickly to new opportunities that can be integrated into operating structures and Rhythm of Business (ROB) for a technical organization. You will partner closely with the Group Partner GM and leadership team to conceptualize new strategic initiatives and convert into concrete, scalable deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a unique balance of thinking strategically and contributing to special projects, while still managing the day-to-day operational facets of the business to ensure operational excellence.
Directly support and prioritize focus business areas for the group partner GM by providing a holistic perspective of his/her organization Develop and manage the rhythm of business to ensure predictability for the leadership team to enable a proactive approach to identifying key business opportunities and challenges, while minimizing business risk Be a hands-on business lead who will own, drive, and develop operational processes to create productive synergy between cross-functional teams to drive collaboration among team leads Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when working with the leadership
7 years minimum experience managing a large-scale technical business in the areas of operations, strategy, and program management Experience building and operationalizing complex projects, programs, and processes for multi-stakeholder and cross-functional team initiatives Demonstrated strong business acumen with solid verbal and written communication skills with experience working with all levels of management Ability to excel in ambiguous, fast-pace and ever-evolving work environments Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
