Customer Success organization is seeing a candidate who will provide program management support to strategic programs like scrums, feedback, fundamentals, and business management specific PMO areas (Program Management Office). This role sits within WCB [Microsoft Cloud and AI Platform org] and the Customer Success is an enterprise organization responsible for helping customers with the building, deploying and operating Microsoft's Cloud and AI Platform. The CSU team is a technical team that accomplishes three strategic goals: 1) Work directly with our most strategic customer projects worldwide to ensure they are

Utilize standard program management methodologies in driving highly effective, predictable, and repeatable processes and communications to support a successful program Drive development of solutions [including tools/process/data validation] that drive acceleration of automation initiatives Plan and execute communication and reporting strategies Be a thought leader as an influencer of overall strategy and planning Drive coordination and facilitation across global technical and business teams to support a successful program Foster productive partnerships within WSB and GSMO.
Required: 2+ years of program management experience in engineering environment Preferred: A background in cloud technologies and services strongly preferred Knowledge of delivering services and/or shipping products Knowledge of agile development processes and related techniques (i.e. scrum, backlog management, retrospective) BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related discipline This position will be in Redmond, WA [no-relocation].
