Operational Risk Management professionals enable business strategy through a programmatic and global approach to Enterprise Risk Management, by methodologically determining, assessing, managing and establishing accountability for the most critical risks facing the company. Responsibilities: Risk Assessment: Proactively identifies, prioritizes, compares, connects, and interprets operational risks. Uses his or her multi-business function, support/service, and product and operational risk perspective to assimilate information from multiple sources, and identify key drivers, variables, trends, and business scenarios to inform business decisions. Draws from deep expertise and proven analytical tools and methodologies for risk assessment. Works across teams to challenge assumptions and present actionable recommendations for how to manage the business through analysis.
Basic Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Risk Management, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required. 7 years' minimum experience in Operations, Risk Management, Compliance, Project Management, or Anti-Piracy/Corruption Preferred Qualifications: Previous work experience and proven output in legal and regulatory compliance related risks is strongly desired (anti-corruption, channel / partner compliance, trade, tax, revenue assurance) Existing or progression towards a risk management related qualification
