Amazon Web Services Windows Server/Developer team is looking for a smart, articulate, detail-oriented and visionary Sr. Product Manager to define and execute go-to-market programs that support our Windows Server/Developer initiatives around migration, optimization and modernization. This Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for defining strategy and leading go to market plans to improve and enhance our customer experience, and drive significant AWS workloads. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop strategy, set the roadmap, and drive execution through cross-functional teams both in our marketing, sales and indirect channel teams. A successful candidate will excel in cross-functional team work, thrive in partnering to deliver new product features to market and delivering a customer obsessed and sales enabled go to market plan. 1. BS/BA degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business. 2. 4-6 years of demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas: product management, business development, sales or marketing 3. Technical/Analytical ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people and systems in order to invent, simplify and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a complex, ambiguous and fast-paced environment 5. Demonstrable ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple
