The M365 Freelance Toolkit brings together tools, templates and best practices for enterprise customers looking to start their own freelance program (learn more about the internal Microsoft program that our team also runs at http://aka.ms/gigeconomy). We are seeking a results-oriented and creative Senior Program Manager to drive the development of the toolkit while helping define the future of how M365 scales and supports a modern (global) freelance workforce. You will own the vision and strategy for the product, and will be responsible for defining the roadmap and working with internal and external teams to bring the roadmap to life.   Our team operates as a small "startup" within the broader Office organization; and we need a PM who will take on the charter of driving the M365 Freelance Toolkit, including a vision, strategy and approach for FY20.   One of the key areas that we'll need you to drive is our 3rd party partnerships. • Define and document an optimized and logically sequenced product roadmap and strategy; • Translating customer experiences into clearly defined product requirements; • Leading cross-functionally to ensure the product vision is implemented effectively; • Drive migration from high-touch solution (today) to sustainable/scalable solution; • Work with internal stakeholders to identify customer needs, pain points and gaps; • Ability to look across Microsoft's technology portfolio with sufficient depth to identify the best solution for a given customer problem. • Drive 3rd party partnerships to develop
• BA/BS • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Product Management and/or Program Management experience • 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise technology • Experience defining a product roadmap and leading programs that meet aggressive goals and deadlines; • Experience identifying product gaps, and defining outcome based deliverables to resolve those gaps • Technical proficiency demonstrated through technical degree or equivalent work experience; • Experience with agile/Scrum software development; • Excellent oral and written communication skills; • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or
