Are you looking for a way to save our most important customers time and resources? The AWS Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) Customer Programs team is seeking an experienced, customer-obsessed, driven professional to play a critical role within our organization as the Roadmap Transparency Meeting (RTM) Program Manager. An RTM is a strategic engagement with a single customer which provides our most important customers a structured mechanism for bi-directional sharing of the customer’s strategic technology roadmap and how new or existing AWS services and features may enable that roadmap. RTMs have been conducted in response to frustrations raised by customers regarding a lack of adequate visibility into the AWS roadmap in relation to their own platform-related projects. The RTM gives customers the opportunity to present roadmaps of their initiatives associated with AWS technology so that we can identify potential overlaps with future AWS projects and connect them with the service

· BS/BA degree · 5-7 years’ experience in Enterprise Sales/Services, Strategy/Operations · Experience with Enterprise IT including hybrid and public cloud services and workloads · Proven track record of working with account teams and senior services leads · Strong program management skills · Strong Excel and/or database skills exhibiting the ability to take data and turn it into actionable insights · Solutions architecture skills and the ability to translate customer needs into AWS solutions Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, analytical skills, and a proven track record
