The Delivery Management Manager (DMM) manages a team of Technical Account Managers who manage customer on the west coast (predominantly in SoCal) while driving an end-to-end business in designated high revenue generating accounts. Beyond people and P and L management, the DMM will work with direct reports and customer executives to develop, plan and implement innovative strategies that generate long-term business value and competitive advantage. The DMM will have the following responsibilities: • Revenue and delivery excellence targets • Services delivery responsibilities providing thought leadership
Basic Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree and/or 15+ years of consulting experience with a major consulting, technology or professional services firm • PMP or other project management certification preferred • Previous revenue management and forecasting experience • Demonstrated capability in managing a P and L • Travel required (up to 50%) within U.S, but mainly SoCal • Role is located in Lincoln Square, Bellevue, Washington State where the majority of the team work. • No relocation budget is available.
