Many Enterprise customers seek help from AWS Professional Services (ProServe) in their transition to a cloud-based IT operating model. We are seeking a Programs manager who will define, land and execute on strategic programs for the AWS Professional Service organization, examples include Customer References and Sales Enablement. The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, has strong strategic planning and financial acumen, experience in program management and a deep analytic background to assist the AWS Professional Services teams in meeting its objectives. This position is responsible for developing strategies for continuous improvement, creating efficiencies, assessing performance and reporting
· At least 5+ years’ experience in a Professional Services / Sales strategy and program management role supporting a mid-to-large scale multi-geographical hi-tech Sales or Professional Services Organization · Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies · Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Proven, successful track record of navigating through ambiguous situations and influencing
