Basic qualifications · BS/BA degree · 10+ years people management experience · 10+ years of experience managing programs in support of a mid-to-large scale, multi-geographical, high-growth sales organization · Demonstrated success in program management and project management. · Demonstrated experience using metrics to drive change and improvement · Understanding of cloud computing concepts · Proficiency with Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access/SQL pivot tables, and briefing program applications · Experience defining lean workflows and business processes · Exceptional organizational
