At AWS Professional Services (ProServe), we are building a professional services team to work on enterprise customer engagements across the globe, and to help our partners develop technical expertise and capacity supporting these customers. ProServe is seeking a talented and experienced internal Communications Manager to build a culture of best practice sharing, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the global organization. The Communications Manager is responsible for the AWS Professional Services communications strategy and associated channels which enable sales leaders and sales support teams to effectively communicate information and drive engagement throughout the organization. The Communications Manager will clarify AWS Professional Services strategy to all levels of the organization, and will connect the dots for all employees across our organization for how their work contributes to the larger AWS vision and strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders across the company
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field · 7+ years of communications experience in developing and executing change management and internal communications programs · Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate clear messages to a various audiences · Demonstrated ability to formulate a clear point of view on complex topics, and the ability to create a concise and well-written narrative · Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and multiple projects
