Change Communications Lead
As the Change Communications Lead for Employee Services, you will manage, staff, and plan communications for all the largest impact change initiatives in our organization. This includes overseeing project requests, resourcing against these requests, promoting best practices across our team, and managing stakeholders while continually raising the bar on this work. The Change Communications Lead will run point on the migration to Workday as our cloud-based HCM system, which will impact nearly every process and most of the 3000 global employees in our shared services organization. You will work closely with the Change Principal and regional change managers to understand the full scope of this migration, build a communications strategy that addresses all dimensions of the project, and consult with local change and communications teams to implement against this strategy. You will understand when change is coming, its scope of impact, and know how to action in this context. You will revel in

· A BA in PR, Journalism, Communications or equivalent · 5 years communications experience, with time spent working on change management initiatives · Intermediate to advanced experience with SharePoint · A background in journalism · HR or business communications · An enthusiasm for networking across all levels of the organization, across geographies and partner communications teams · Unparalleled customer obsession · Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience · Proven ability to manage a broad array of stakeholders at all levels of the organization · Excellent writing and editing skills
