Can you prioritize, create, and implement a project plan for vast amounts of content under fast-paced, ambiguous circumstances? Do you have the ability to guide the editorial support needed to help prioritize and plan for upcoming work? The HR Global Content team is seeking an organized and motivated editorial project manager to function at the center of a dynamic team of content professionals. This role will be responsible for implementing a global project plan that focuses on overhauling HR content and enables Amazonians everywhere to better self-serve. In this role you will liaise with global stakeholders and partner teams to understand content needs and leverage data to influence its revolution. After content discovery, this role will develop a comprehensive project plan and partner with editors to ensure all tasks are completed according to the project timeline. The Team The HR Global Content Team owns the Human Resources self-service strategy and ensures a consistent global user experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field · 3+ years project management experience · Project management certification / qualification · Proficiency in project management software tools· Project Management Professional certification (PMP) · Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management · Experience working with content editors and style guides to orchestrate a cohesive content experience · Demonstrable experience with an enterprise CMS platform · Translation and localization knowledge and/or experience · Experience working in a cross-functional team · Ability
