As our Executive Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing all of our executive-level communications (the plans, the content and execution). You will work closely with the team that is developing our Microsoft culture and learning narratives as well as sales/account teams across Microsoft and other executives to craft meaningful communications, including EBC and keynote presentations. If you can toggle between big vision and execution, if you like start-up environments, if you have big ambition and a knack for driving impact, then this is the job for you.

Be the voice of our Worldwide Learning executives. Coordinate and manage the development of high-quality content (presentations, emails and more) that bring to life our learning story, products and programs. Build and lead the executive engagement function within WWL, including official EBC briefings and other customer meetings, partnering with account teams, marketing, and storytelling roles within the team. Demonstrate agile writing capability. Be able to adjust messaging effectively for different business needs and audiences. Build and manage a communications plan and editorial calendar for
Direct experience in handling executive communications within a corporate setting. Demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships up to the C-Level. 5+ years of experience working in an executive communications/storytelling role. Excellent project management skills; demonstration of impeccably managing multiple projects. Ability to find solutions and a path forward even in ambiguous situations. Self-starter able to create meaningful ways to measure effectiveness of the work. Experience in learner-focused design and learning technologies is a plus.
