In this role, you will help Amazon.com’s energy team to develop data tools that surface insights, analysis, and reporting mechanisms to help internal business teams scale their work on renewable energy procurement, energy efficiency, and other sustainability initiatives. We are looking for someone with experience working with facility energy (sub-metering and building automation systems) and utility data (monthly and real-time utility meter usage and cost information) who can surface trends that translate into business priorities for sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to bring clarity to complex global facilities energy data and deliver results in a fast-paced, technical environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail. As an Energy Data Business Analyst you will be expected to: ­ Develop a road map for Amazon.com’s energy and utility data in support of sustainability goals ­ Build

· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, statistics, or related field · ­ Advanced working knowledge of data processing using SQL as well as Excel · ­ Familiarity with global utilities and/or facility energy use · ­ Experience in data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau, Quicksight) · ­ Demonstrated ability to manage a project and deliver results against a fast paced schedule · ­ Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others and strong analytical thinking skills· Master’s degree in related field · Excellent written, verbal communication, and data presentation skills
