Job responsibilities: Understand how Microsoft datacenters are operated, monitored, and controlled. Partner with DC Operations, field technicians, and SME's to identify automation / transformation opportunities, and deliver E2E solutions. Define cloud infrastructure monitoring scenarios by partnering with Engineering. Define and own product roadmap, drive planning activities. Drive execution and operationalization efforts of software solutions to datacenters by collaborating with Engineering and DC operations. Provide regular program updates to executives and partner teams. Define KPIs to measure
Qualifications: 5+ years of PM experience in shipping software products / online services. Experience in Big data applications, Machine learning systems, Datacenters, or IoT is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to influence different types of stakeholders. BA or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience. MBA combined with a technical background is a plus.
