As a Data Analyst you will be developing SQL/ETL queries, accessing data warehouse, generating automated daily / weekly reports, creating relevant KPIs and Metrics for performance of both teams and fulfillment operations. You will provide business insights based upon data to further improve our operations and processes. As a Data analyst you will participate in requirements definition, data collection and analysis, documentation and report-out activities. You will develop reporting solutions that include, but are not limited to complex reports, dashboards and data mining. A successful candidate knows and loves working with business intelligence tools, is comfortable accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and passionately partners with the business to identify strategic opportunities and deliver results. You should have an internal drive to answer “why?” questions, excellent analytical abilities, strong technical skills, as well as superior written and verbal communication
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other technical field. · Strong Proficiency with SQL, data warehouse and statistical analysis tools. · Experience building tables and ETLs. · Coding proficiency in at least one modern programming/scripting language (e.g. Python, Ruby, etc.) · Experience with business intelligence reporting and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Quicksight, Datanet, SQL, etc. · Ability to work effectively with both technical resources and non-technical business owners; gather and translate end user requirements · Proven ability to operate
