The Core Commerce Platform team is looking for a Group Business Administrator to provide team support. You will not only be partnering with engineering teams but also working as part of a larger group of business administrators that make Core Commerce Platform an effective, efficient, productive, enjoyable organization. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a team player, have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. They will also possess the ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize while managing multiple projects, deal with ambiguity and have an aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Providing team support (including inventory management, morale events, new hire onboarding and off boarding), manage space coordination, and procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies and facility requests. Exercising sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality and professionalism in communicating information and working with all levels of employees. Accommodating working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. Building and maintaining good business relationships with executive level and counterpart administrative staff both internally
Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role or equivalent. Ability to lift to up to 30 lbs. Preferred Qualifications: Be process-driven, organized and detail-oriented. Working knowledge of MS products and tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint. Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive tasks to closure. Demonstrated self-motivation skills. Ability to learn and navigate new internal line of business applications. Capable of juggling multiple projects at once, actively tracking pending items and constantly re-prioritize tasks based
