The Partner Investments and Incentives team in the OCP organization is responsible for the full breadth of Microsoft's Commercial Partner Incentives portfolio. This team is looking for a talented Business Strategy Analyst with a strategic mindset and demonstrated data and business analysis capabilities to join the Partner Investments and Incentives Go-To-Market (GTM) team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on a global scale as you develop and drive performance insights for our Partner Incentives portfolio. The Team:

The Role: You will play a lead role in developing insights, metrics, and rigor into our Partner Incentive portfolio performance in collaboration with key stakeholders in OCP, Business Groups, Engineering, Operations, and Finance. This includes deeply understanding Partner Incentive strategy, business goals, and data sets, and synthesizing and deriving compelling business insights to optimize our portfolio performance. We are looking for highly strategic and analytical people with business curiosity who are passionate about diving into complex data sets to pull out interesting, relevant insights
Qualifications: Exhibit a high degree of self-awareness, professional maturity, and situational leadership Proven ability to understand complex data sets and data processes, and analyzing data for business-driven insights Skilled in data and business analytics, data visualization, PowerBI, SQL Be highly collaborative, open to share information and lead across functions and teams to achieve shared goals Exhibit business curiosity with the ability to think broadly across the Commercial Partner landscape Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex
