We are looking for experienced Technical Program Managers to join an exciting team. We are building a dedicated organization focused on owning and driving the relationship between application/service teams within Amazon.com and the Amazon Web Services (AWS) division. In this exciting new role you will have the opportunity to work across the company and learn how our tech teams are building and architecting our newest innovations while at the same time learning about AWS’ latest product offerings. In this job you will have the following roles to play: Customer Advocate – As the service team’s primary contact for cloud adoption and usage, you will represent them as a key stakeholder and carry their goals around adopting AWS as a platform. This is an opportunity to inform AWS’ roadmap by identifying technical blockers and new feature opportunities. You must be able to engage with both technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure
· 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry. · A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. · Experience managing efforts in Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems and/or developing large scale web applications. · Experience with current web technologies. · Proven experience working with senior leadership and experience defining and delivering on a product roadmap. · Fluency and comfort with business applications such as Word, Excel and SharePoint. · 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience · Exceptional written and verbal
