Amazon.com is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to focus on Information Security projects. In this senior role with wide scope you will work with cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical key stakeholders to define strategy and interpret, communicate, and drive full lifecycle security projects. You will partner with Legal, Product teams, and Engineering teams to evaluate and develop security services and infrastructure. If you enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment and influencing the strategic direction of a large global organization, this position will provide you with a challenging opportunity. Key tasks include: · Develop and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams involved with information security and privacy (Legal, Business Development, Internal Audit, Fraud, Physical Security, Developer Community, Networking, Systems, etc.) · Scope, plan, implement and deliver security projects and programs, and collaborate
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field · 7+ years of technical program management experience · 10+ years of experience working in the field of computer security and risk management · Demonstrated experience with project and stakeholder management · Understanding of information security, privacy frameworks, and compliance requirements · Technical knowledge in multiple security domain areas such as engineering, system and network security, authentication or security protocols · Security knowledge on current threats, trends and mitigations · Skilled in risk management, business risk
