Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security is looking for a passionate, innovative, results oriented leader to steer tooling services with a focus on customer oriented design. Following the shared partnership model to drive security of our products and services, AWS Security is responsible for leading this program forward for all AWS services. In this role you will work with teams of SDEs, SDMs both within security and across service teams, with exposure to AWS leaders to define, build, drive, and measure security efforts across all of AWS. The objectives of this program are to develop automated, at scale solutions which achieve the deliberate, cyclical practice of identifying, classifying, prioritizing, remediating, and mitigating security risks impacting AWS services and our customers. This team helps AWS and AWS Customers utilize our cloud offerings for critical workloads through the implementation of innovative, forward looking security measures. · Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, mathematics, or other related fields. · · 5 + years of experience in support of a highly technical complex environments · · 5 + years of project and program management. · 3 + years of experience with engagement and working with security stakeholders· 5+ years of engagement and working in Security. · · Have a clear understanding of cloud computing services/deployment architecture. · · Have experience leading a highly technical team. · · Demonstrate innovative security approaches in non-traditional IT environments
