The Amazon Web Services’ Enterprise Apps team is looking for a Sr Technical Program Manager for the Amazon Chime service. Leveraging AWS’ scale, reliability, flexibility, and ease of use, we offer customers an easy-to-manage and cost-effective solution that solves many workplace collaboration and productivity pain points. We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and inventive program manager who has experience supporting applications with enterprise customers. You are responsible for managing the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional programs with considerable
· BS or BA in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics · 7+ years of enterprise product management, program management · Obsession for the customer demonstrated by the a history of being an advocate for customers, managing deliveries across multiple teams · Proven expertise in shipping and managing highly complex software development projects · Experience in multi-year product management, strategy and roadmap development, and prioritization · Comfortable with making data driven decisions, yet willing to take a risk when the data is ambiguous · Ability to clearly communicate high
