In this role, you'll have an opportunity to significantly impact one of the largest businesses at Microsoft! Your responsibility will be to lead Office 365 product marketing with a focus on our core Office apps, as well as building out marketing plans for our key BDM audiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns driving revenue and market share. You'll lead the demand and audience strategy, field enablement, and cross-group execution in the US.

This role will be highly collaborative with the Microsoft 365 Go-To-Market (GTM) team, US Central Marketing Org (CMO), US segment sales and partner leads, and Worldwide (WW) Microsoft 365 BG. Marketing planning Leveraging WW GTM guidance, you will lead the development of an aligned US marketing plan incorporating key Microsoft 365 Marketing moments and feature releases Support US scorecard metric owners to help build plans to achieve defined FY targets. Identify gaps in performance and collaborate with segment owners and field/partner teams to develop corrective actions Provide insights to leadership
3+ years' experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing communications for enterprise software or technology products with a track record of delivering tangible business results Bachelor s degree (B.S./B.A.) required. MBA degree preferred but not required. A passion for technology and the ability to clearly articulate solutions in a business and customer-centric manner Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully and autonomously with rigor Ability to influence without authority, collaborate effectively, and lead
