We provide a unique extension of Amazon.com through a curated product selection, our associates’ ability to engage in impromptu conversation, and physical spaces designed for discovery and exploration. The Amazon Physical Stores team manages Amazon Books, Amazon Pop Ups, and Amazon 4-star. We are looking for a creative and analytical marketing leader to help us make Amazon a destination for discovering the best that Amazon.com has to offer, whether that be books, Amazon devices or other highly rated products from Amazon.com. We are looking for an outstanding Head of Marketing who will be responsible for developing and implementing key marketing promotions and programs for Amazon physical stores to drive foot traffic and help deliver a compelling and cohesive customer experience

· Bachelor’s degree · 6+ years of marketing or equivalent experience, including 2+ years of offline retail marketing experience · Proven ability to manage diverse cross-functional teams collaborating to deliver products/initiatives on time · High attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously · Excellent written and verbal communication · Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative strength with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions · MBA · Experience creating customer-facing programs · 3+ years relevant
