Are you passionate about leveraging technology to create amazing user-centric customer experiences, driving long term value and retention? The Relationship Marketing (RM) team in the Global Demand Center is looking for a Director of Marketing Automation to lead innovative marketing technology investments to scale our global and cross-channel relationship management capabilities for Office, Azure, Dynamics and other consumer and commercial services. As the leader of this team you will be building the vision and roadmap of the technical platform to enable communications and campaigns that build relationships with our customers and drive onboarding, usage, retention and ultimately fans across consumer and enterprise customers. This role will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver the martech stack. In addition, this role will lead the identification and leveraging of the latest marketing capabilities like machine learning and AI to propel Relationship Marketing

• Lead vision and roadmap for Relationship Marketing platform for consumer and commercial customers of Office and Cloud + Enterprise services with external and internal capabilities. • Lead large and transformative migration to best-in-class toolset in close partnership with engineering teams at Microsoft. • Influence, build and run the Relationship Marketing tech platform including end-to-end capabilities from data and segmentation, campaign management, and content management to delivery and reporting to drive end-customer onboarding, usage, cross-sell and retention. • Partner with internal Engineering,
• Customer obsessed, data-driven and results focused. • Experience leading a team in implementing and running SaaS marketing stacks in close partnership with internal Engineering groups (ie. Adobe Marketing Cloud / Oracle Marketing Cloud / Sales Force Marketing Cloud). • A track record of hiring, developing and managing a high-performing team of marketing technologists. • 10-15 years' experience as a marketing technologist, digital marketing, or product management. • Able to influence without authority in a highly matrixed organization. Able to drive change. • Strong influencer and collaborator
