We are seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Marketing Manager to manage and optimize cross-channel acquisition and engagement programs that span marketing and product improvements, with the objective of increasing customer retention and usage of the Prime Video platform. This role will be responsible for identifying and standing up new acquisition and engagement programs across the aforementioned areas, testing aggressively, leaning into traction from these tests, and prioritizing areas to scale marketing efforts. · Bachelor’s degree. · 4+ years’ experience in online and/or consumer marketing, preferably with online retail experience. · Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities.· MBA. · 1+ years of experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data. · Experience in the media industry. · A thorough understanding of direct marketing principles. · Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution. · Experience collaborating
