Have you ever been to http://transform.microsoft.com ? Did you know we have a self-serve transform portal that customers/BDMs can log in to using their LinkedIn id. The self-serve portal allows a customer for the first time to experience Microsoft 365 in all its glory in a virtual environment. The portal also allows for customers to understand how Microsoft 365 can drive transformation in their organization in various areas of interest, helps the customers create a business case as well as let the IT group understand what steps they need to take to make the transformation plan real. What we are looking for is someone who is passionate about landing and creating a funnel for this amazing direct to customer experience. The candidate will quickly understand and learn about the Microsoft levers and be able to utilize the bigger engines in place to achieve the goals for the business. As the PMM for the Direct to customer Microsoft 365 Experience, your key responsibilities will be: Work closely with Global Demand Center (GDC) to make this a central landing page in the engagement programs Help define key channels/levers for landing the experience with enterprise customers Develop and deliver core materials needed to land the strategy with subs across the world Measure and manage the funnel on the direct experience Learn from the measures to make future improvements Partner with key stakeholders across the Microsoft 365 marketing organization and within the subsidiaries to land
We are looking for self-starters with strong track record in: End-to-end design, development and launch of marketing programs. An understanding of the Business Value Tools and GTM Plays within Microsoft 365. Technical depth to create, build-upon, and push forward core customer scenarios on the Microsoft 365 platform. An understanding of the modern customer journey, B2B sales funnels and associated analytics Thinking strategically, defining plans with precision, exceeding high expectations.
