Amazon Pets is developing innovative and fun ways to help pet parents shop. We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead the creation and scaling of key Amazon Pets’ programs to and ultimately shape the future of the pet industry. The ideal candidate must be able to harness and distill the needs of the Pets’ customer and develop them into unique and innovative programs for customers. Key responsibilities to include: · Building a deep understanding of the Amazon Pets’ customer and developing/owning a roadmap of innovative programs · Driving trial and customer acquisition of current and new programs · Testing and learning with new opportunities to drive engagement with customers · Developing automated mechanisms to engage with Amazon Pets’ customers at scale · Identifying new opportunities internally and building relationships to support key program initiatives · Collaborating with Amazon Pets’ Product Managers to identify needs and help define scope as necessary related to programmatic
· BA/BS required · Ability to generate and test hypothesis around established KPIs and analyze results · Demonstrated success in driving automation and building scalable programs and mechanisms · Ability to think strategically and operate with autonomy · Proficiency with Excel and basic SQL · Concise and effective written communications to engage with leadership at varying levels · 7+ years program, marketing and/or product experience · Time spent in a fast-moving consumer or ecommerce business · Strong proficiency with Excel and SQL · Genuine curiosity and comfortable with ambiguity · MBA or advanced
