· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience. · 5+ years' program/project management experience, ideally in a large, multicultural corporate environment. · Demonstrated experience measuring the impact of learning and development programs. · Proven ability to communicate effectively, including an ability to influence without authority. · Proven experience in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. · Demonstrated fluency (full spoken, reading and written proficiency) in English.· BA/Master’s Degree in relevant field (e
