We have an immediate opening for a business insights-focused Program Manager to focus on our Learning Business Intelligence and Reporting team. This role will also include responsibilities to be part of an engineering team operating with an agile cadence, so you'll be working closely across engineering, marketing, business, content creators, and operations. You are self-directed, passionate about customers, and committed to delivering business impacting results. We are currently looking for a Business Insights Program Manager who will own the following core responsibilities: Define the business requirements for BI and reporting, factoring the needs of various executive leadership teams, program/content owners, segment role owners, Business Group key stakeholders, and the learners Establish regular rhythm for reporting and communicating insights and impact to the key stakeholders, executives and learners Collaborate across the company to ensure consistent optics into learning impact and insights, and systems and tools integration by working with HR, WW
The successful candidate will demonstrate passion for Business Insights and exceptional program management skills. The candidate should be able to work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality, and creativity. Effective cross-team collaboration is essential to align multiple stakeholder teams to a common vision. More specifically, the candidate will meet the following qualifications: Strong track record of building strategy and developing sound project plans to deliver on business objectives Demonstrated expertise in cross team collaboration
