We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the TRMS Customer Experience Team who can design and own programs that leads to exceptional experience for Amazon buyers and Sellers A successful candidate excels at working collaboratively with stakeholders, enjoys working through ambiguity, is able to deal with problem solving situations requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis, can operate at different levels of the organization as required, and is able to break complex needs into scalable solutions. In this role, candidates must be able to: · Leverage deep analytical experience to identify improvement

· Bachelor’s degree in related field · 6+ years of relevant work experience in Program management · Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases · Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize · Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate without influence and develop scalable solutions/strategies · Quantitative background with high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously · Experience working with multiple cultures
