Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Business Operations team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to implement, manage, and operate a portfolio management framework for the various investments we make in our customers. This high profile role will require you to wear many hats. You will be part finance manager, product manager, program manager, and Business Analyst. Your primary focus will be working with stakeholders across AWS and onboarding them onto an investment management solution that is currently being developed. This will include gathering requirements to ensure the needs of each business are met while balancing them against the longer term objectives and changes the solution will enable within AWS. You will have to align people, technology, and process in this role to effect changes that are measurable. Who you are. You must have a strong business acumen. · Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an analytical field - e.g. Economics, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics. · 10+ years of relevant experience in a Product Management, Program Management, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Financial Analyst or equivalent role. · Strong Excel skills. · Experience working with relational databases and SQL. · Written communication skills. · Comfortable automating tasks using VBA and other scripting languages.· MBA preferred, or Masters in equivalent field · Strong SQL skills and experience with Redshift and the Aginity client · Have successfully shipped and / or taken
