Does the prospect of driving Programs with significant complexity and resolving ambiguous business problems excite you? We are the Business Data Operations Team which is a part of the DAGS Organization which operates the Amazon Appstore as a part of the Amazon Devices Organization. We are looking for an experienced Program manager to help develop Program vision and gain buy in for the BizOps Vision across Sr. Leadership in DAGS. You will help set up a robust and structured Program Management Roadmap. You will be a key contributor to shaping our Key Program Roadmap by designing program goals, while identifying risks, managing competing and complex priorities, and keeping project stakeholders informed about project statuses. You will also; · Lead validation of ideas that further refine program vision. · Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints. · Manage cross-functional project teams to enable the successful
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. · 5 + years of relevant work experience in Program management, process improvement and/or developing business intelligence solutions, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques and technology, or experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics solutions. · 3+ years’ experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate sound program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements.· Strong Program Management Skills, hands on experience in Continuous Improvement Programs,
